Isn’t protein only for gym bros and body-builders?
Not at all. Protein is an essential macronutrient that everyone needs for everyday health. Protein helps repair tissues, support your immune system, maintain energy levels, and maintain lean muscle mass. It helps keep you feeling full for longer, and can help support a range of weight goals. Whether you’re working out, running around after kids, or just getting through a busy day, protein plays a key role in helping your body function and recover.
OK, so how much protein do I really need?
In general, most people need at least around 0.8 to 1.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight each day. If you’re more active, your needs might be higher (up to about 1.6–2.0g per kilogram). The key is to spread your protein intake throughout the day with balanced meals and healthy snacks, rather than trying to get it all at once.
Is protein from whole foods better than a GYM bar?
Ideally, most of your protein should come from whole foods like eggs, lean meats, dairy, legumes, and nuts — but let’s be honest, that’s not always easy to manage with a busy lifestyle. Also, we don’t all love chowing down plain boiled eggs and bland chicken breasts all day. That’s where a GYM Nutrition bar fits in perfectly: it’s a convenient, nutritious and enjoyable, option made to help you stay on track when you don’t have time to cook or prep.
There are so many protein bars out there why GYM?
GYM bars are made for real people, not bodybuilders. They give you enough protein – 13 grams – but only have 1 gram of sugar, delivering one of the best protein-to-calorie ratios out there, so you get maximum value. They’re made with quality ingredients, without artificial colours and flavours and, most importantly, they, taste great (no cardboard texture here!). In short, they deliver the protein you need in a bar you’ll actually look forward to eating everyday.
Do you offer free shipping?
We hate hidden shipping costs as much as you do. Orders over $50 ship free — standard shipping, Australia-wide.
Who will deliver my product?
AusPost is our default shipping provider for orders throughout Australia. We may select another provider for certain locations.
I changed my mind. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, provided your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Simply email us at admin@gymnutrition.co
Do you ship internationally?
GYM bars will be globetrotters one day — but not yet. For now we only ship within Australia.
When will my order arrive?
We offer both standard and express shipping Australia-wide. Standard shipping should take approximately 3-5 business days. Express shipping should take approximately 1-2 business days.
I tried GYM and it’s not for me. Can I return it?
We are confident you’ll love GYM bars... they taste great and are great for you. We are so confident that, if you disagree, Not loving them? Tell us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full — no need to post anything back. Just email us and let us know what missed the mark.
Do you ship across Australia?
Absolutely, we do! We provide Australia-wide shipping through AusPost (or alternative providers for certain locations).
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Accidents happen. Don't stress — email us and we'll do our best to sort a replacement, pronto.
I just love Gym so much! Can I subscribe?
Subscriptions are coming. Email us at admin@gymnutrition.co and you'll be first in line when they drop — we'll even throw in the 10% off.
What discounts will I get for subscribing?
You can subscribe for as little as one box a month (that's one GYM every few days — doctor's orders not required) and we'll give you 10% off.
I want to be a wholesale customer. How do I do that?
Wholesale is Australia-only for now. To find out more, email admin@gymnutrition.co
What’s the minimum order requirements to be a wholesaler?
One master case, which contains 4 boxes of GYM (48 bars). Why not give it a try!

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is upon placement of your order.
