Our Story

GYM started with a simple observation: protein bars were made for bodybuilders and tasted like the box they shipped in. So we made our own - 13g protein, 1g sugar, real food, made in Australia - for everyone who just wants a good snack that does good things.

Today GYM fuels a growing crew of everyday athletes - people who show up, give it a go, and chase personal bests, not podiums.
